: Often times the truth is not what comes out. It is usually a skewed version of the truth, whether or not the person thinks that they are portraying it skewed. Personally, after reading your posts, I would not sell to you (unless of course I was making a lot of money off of you, I still am very fond of money :) ). But if it was just one key, no way. I also don't think that you're worth the hassle. Too many things could go wrong with an e-transaction and I would hate to have it posted here since primacy usually falls into play. All this of course, is just MHO, and is subject to change without prior notice. ;) So you would not sell to me because you wouldn't want me to let people know if your customer service was poor? I guess its a good thing I still have my original titanium key :)
Seriously, though. I realize the customer is not always right, but if you're selling something, you live and die by your reputation, and one of your major goals should be to keep up a good rep, by treating the customer as you would want to be treated. Unless of course you're a masochist... Now, I don't really sell things here on tt.net, so I can't really speak from that experience, but I've ebayed quite a number of things, and I have always, always emailed the customer ASAP upon reciept of a question from them, upon reciept of money, upon change in status of the item, upon shipping of item, and upon shipper confirmation of reciept. I honestly don't see whats so hard about that, even if it involves hundreds of emails a day. I know there are differences of scale, but if your business is that large, hire a helper... Obviously, you don't agree with me, but also obviously, there are others here that do, potential customers. Think on that Dave 90TT
